Experience and Professionalism
Your trainer has 26 years of experience in the dental and medical fields. She is passionate about infection prevention, hazardous materials training, and patient safety. She has worked in private practices, public health, and with the military as an expanded function dental assistant, with a federally qualified healthcare center managing the dental side of 6 clinics and a mobile dental unit, trained medical and dental staff in sterilization techniques, biological monitoring, and was the infection prevention expert for both medical and dental personnel. Katrina was a regional train the trainer for the Dentac's Western Region Dental Command and trained both medical and dental personnel in patient safety. She taught dental assisting at a career college, with a 92% placement rate of her students In their field.
